Saw a listing of 2016 911 GTS at OC Autohaus the past Friday. Drove to Westminster to see the car, bring with me a 2017 911 base for potential trade in. When I walked in, I was greeted by Hao and George. Then I see the beauty in the mid of the showroom. BTW, the building is tastefully constructed, and parking lot is full of high-end used cars. The 2016 GTS was in perfect condition. and their asking price is very fair. I made the decision within 5 minutes of sitting into the car without even test driving it. Then I asked about the trade in. They offered me a very fair price. what can I say? hand shake and done. The manager, Vincent, walked in and introduced himself, a honest businessman. He even took me out for lunch after the deal was closed.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you the employees at OC Autohaus. I was treated with warm greeting by George and we instantly clicked. We test drove the 2019 Mercedes E 450 coupe I traveled from the Inland Empire to see. The car drove great and I decided to purchase it. The buying process went quick as I had a pre approved loan from my credit union. We agreed on final price that was satisfying to both parties and the deal was completed. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them. Everyone at the dealership was super polite and professional. Best car buying experience of my life…have owned over 100 cars. Kiefa & Darius are unbelievably a accommodating & top experts in the auto and finance industry. Dealership is very clean, comfortable & they don’t play games. Most importantly, they didn’t add any after marker accessories or unnecessary upgrades like most dealers do; surprising you with an extra $5-7k at closing. Buy a car even if you don't need one! This dealership was an absolute joy. Everyone was so personal but yet professional. Kifah was so knowledgeable, thorough and patient with me with all of my questions. He took the time to explain what every button did in the Maserati. Mike was also very professional, an absolute joy to be around. Mike took the time to personally detail my vehicle. Reggie checked in with me to make sure that I got home safely since I drove from Vegas. There was no pressure, no haggle, no games. It was clear cut and to the point. I arrived at the right time to enjoy lunch with them at the dealership. They have a committed buyer for life! For a car dealership to have 4.5 stars is telling. I purchased a 2021 Tesla Y from OC Autohaus. Bob and Kifah were professionals. It can be super stressful to purchase a car however Kifah did a fantastic job in keeping this process calm with no pressure. I've been in the market for weeks and have been sent to this guy and that guy and have to talk to this finance manager etc. OC Autohaus kept things direct and the same people throughout the whole process. My wife needs a replacement car soon so we will be back for sure. Thank you!

I normally don't take the time to do reviews but felt I had to for OC Autohaus. I had a great experience buying my c63s AMG with Bob, Kifah and the team. Kifah was so friendly and made me feel welcome in their shop. He took the time to show me their cars, more features of the car I was buying, and even offered me to have lunch with them while I was waiting for next steps in the buying process. Everything was so transparent and I felt like they actually wanted me to leave there with the right car for my needs. I recommend anyone who's buying to give them a try, as a family owned dealer there is more of a personal connection and better service in my opinion than some other larger dealerships. They have lots of nice cars there in great condition, will definitely be coming back when it's time for a new vehicle.

This is my second purchase at OC Autohaus. This place has become my go-to. Not only the price is right but has a lot of selections to choose from. There is no haggle here and they work around your budget. I bought my Tesla here and so far it is worth it. They find the best rates for you, especially in this economy, low rates is everything. Let me start out by saying that this place took care of me and my family in a pretty turbulent situation. We needed to get out of a vehicle asap and the team really came through for us. Matt was especially helpful in facilitating a deal in which the lot MATCHED our offer voucher value from Carvana. From start to finish, communication was absolutely impeccable, a rarity in these times, let alone the auto sales industry! We were greeted on time as promised from both Matt as well as the owner of OCA, and welcomed in, offered refreshments,etc. The check was literally WAITING for us when we walked in the door--something I truly appreciated, as time is money! The deal was laid out and ready for ink, which was completed I'm less than 20 mins. I was even allowed to check out of few of the exotic vehicles on the lot, an extra perk, considering we weren't there to purchase a vehicle. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience from start to finish and it was evident that this dealership and its staff were/are very aware that the customer comes first. If I'm ever in the market for a lightly used luxury vehicle (and I hope that I am), OCA will be the first place on my list. Thanks a million guys!

From the get-go, Matt was very knowledgable about the car (SL 450) and even did a thorough video walk thru showing us any imperfections in the car (it is like showroom new!). He test drove it for us to confirm a few hidden features that were important to us and delivered it to the Long Beach port for shipping to Hawaii (we paid the shipping). The entire transaction was quick, easy, and pleasant. OC Autohaus has many good reviews, and i now know why. I don't normally post reviews but in this case would like to tell about my experience with OC Autohaus. I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 640i from a salesman Kifah Khodr. Upon signing the contract he called my back the next day and said he got me a much better interest rate so we re did the contract the next day. I then drove up from our home in San Diego county and picked up the car and drove home and parked the car in our garage. After a few days I noticed an oil leak. I then call Kifah and he said to bring the car back the next day and he would repair the leak. So the next day I drove back there and I was taken back into the shop to speak to the mechanic, he said most likely would be the engine oil pan gasket and he had then showed me all of the gaskets he had picked up and was ready to star the work immediately. Then Kifah took us across the street and rented us a rental car. The next day Kifah called and said I had a nail in the tire and he was ordering a new tire. The tire was installed at no charge and the oil leak is gone. I am very a happy customer! Make sure you ask for Kifah. He will take amazing care of you. Best service I've had in a long time

I had a great experience buying a used Porsche Panamera at OC Autohaus. They really went above and beyond. Friedel was super helpful. I wanted to inspect the car at an authorized dealership 20 miles away and there was no hesitation and Friedel came with me to the dealership where we waited over 3 hours to get the inspection complete. Back at OC Authhaus the whole process of buying the car was easy and honest with a minimum time spent at the dealership. Just before I left Friedel drove to put in some more gas for my way home. I agree with a comment that I was initially ignored when I showed up to the lot, but when I summoned Sam out of the office, he unfolded the red carpet for me. I test drove the convertible Maserati I drove way out from South Bay to see within minutes. Approval for financing took minutes. They honored the online sticker price which was wrong. To avoid buying a flooded car, we decided to purchase from out-of-state. Then we found OC Autohaus. Been trying to find a good deal on a used RS5 and there just aren't any near where I live (San Diego), at least not in the color or price I was comfortable with. I had my eye on one but it was a private seller and my folks told me to stick with a dealer when paying that amount. So... a blue one at a dealer caught my eye as I browsed through cargurus and autotrader, it was the color I wanted... but it was up in Westminster. I looked into the place that was selling it and was motivated to take the trip up there based on all the good reviews and, let me tell you, those reviews are legit. Sam helped me as soon as I walked in the door. He was not your typical salesman, he treated me like a buddy. I was in and out of there in no time, registered, insured, and ready to roll. The funny part is what took the longest was me talking to my insurance agent to get squared away. The staff at OC Autohaus was quick yet thorough. They really know what they're doing. Everyone was friendly there and made me feel welcome. Lynn (sorry if I misspelled that) also chatted with me a bit while Sam was getting paperwork and so on. She was a real sweetheart. For the wives. I've been with my husband for the purchase of many cars over the years but this place is one of my favorites. Huge comfortable (restoration hardware I think) couches in the waiting area. The place is like a museum. I was impressed by how clean the place was. Also, everyone was polite and respectful. No weird guys just sort of hanging around. We were in and outta there with out new (to us) Porsche in no time. We also got a 6 year extended warranty for LESS THAN CARMAX! I drive by this place almost every day. Never stopped in. I saw a 911 they had listed online. I drove down to check it out. What a fantastic dealership. While I had my eye on the Porsche it was hard not to notice the insane selection of beautiful cars they had. I wasn't able to put a deal together for the Porsche but it was still I cool enough experience that I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review. I recently purchased a MB E550 Coupe and was helped by Kifah. I did my research for a while and knew what I wanted. I tracked and compared several MB/prices on Autotrader, private sales, dealership, and even checked out several websites for direct sales. OC Autohaus had the MB I wanted and we agreed on a fair price from the listed price. At first I was hesistant but I gave OC a chance because of Jeff M's review regarding his situation on his 911 C4 tires and the experience he had with OC customer service. But honestly, I didn't think I would need anything from them after my purchase. I didn't need to finance with them. I didn't plan on doing any services with them as I live in SD. However, after I drove my car to SD I noticed that the brakes did not feel right. I contacted Kifah and told him of my concerns and that I was going to take my vehicle to a MB dealership for an inspection. He told me no problem; just let him know what they discovered. My local MB dealership inspected the brakes. They recommended that the rotors and brake pads be replaced. I contacted Kifah and he told me to bring it back to him and they'll take care of it. I took my MB up the following day, they had the parts and the mechanic ready to do the job. I was done in an hour or so. I thought that they would tell me that the car is sold "as is" and this was my problem. That was not the case. Having experienced a positive customer service at OC for myself, I am impressed with OC and will definitely buy another car from them in the future.

We just bought a gorgeous super low miles 16 year old 911 C4. All looked good on our inspection. Most importantly the tires had nearly ALL of their tread. We bought the car to be driven also by our 16 year old son--hence the tires being safe was critical! After bringing the car to Porsche for its tune up we were told the tires, although look brand new, were 11 years old, which is dangerous since tires begin breaking down after 6 years. Who knew! The car simply was not driven much over the last 11 years. Now we bought the car AS IS. Certainly it was within their right, both legal and moral, to sympathize, but not help. I'm happy to report not only did they help find great replacements, they also paid without hesitation. I highly recommend this dealer as reputable beyond the call of duty.

I recently purchased a car from OC Autohaus. I did it on a handshake and trusted the car would operate as good as it looked. The owner gave me his word and told me he would take care of any issues if they arose. Sure enough, that same evening I noticed the driver side headlight was out and the CD player was not working. I drove the car back the following day and they took care of everything no questions asked. The car is amazing and I definitely recommend OC Autohaus. After meeting with Kifah and the wonderful staff there I knew there was no reason to go anywhere else. If I was to sell this car today I would make money. The care was in great shape (like new) and more than I expected. Bought an S550 from them over the weekend, pretty easy and pleasant experience. They went extra steps (wheels swaped, pannel replacement) to get us the car we wanted. Compared to other large dealers which we also purchase luxury cars in the last few years, OcAutoHaus is just as good on service, and better on price. They have a very family atmosphere in the dealership, and were honest, open, and even got me a complementary replacement key for the car, as there was only 1. They really went above and beyond and even though I live over 30 miles away, it was well worth the experience.

I decided to stop by the dealership for a quick look at the CLK55, which was incredibly beautiful and in great condition. A gentlement come out introduced himself as Tim, pulled the car out of the corner to an open space where we can have a better look. From the first conversation for half an hour, til the next day getting the car without test drive, I knew I could trust Tim with everything we discussed verbally also via email. He's quick at response to any questions you might have very thorough and detailed. It is a used vehicle, so i did run by some minor issues after the purchase took place. I emailed Tim about the problems and dropped off the car for the mechanic team to work on while having another car loan from the shop to drive around. I definitely recommend OC Autohaus for used Luxury cars, they look as good as new and the price are fairly reasonable, plus a pleasant purchase experience with their fantastic team effort.
